This is an original landscape painting acrylic on large canvas size: 60x80x2 cm created with a palette knife. Another of my paintings inspired by the City and the river where I lives and work: Canterbury Cathedral was a destination for pilgrims over the centuries and the River Stour that runs through the city is a place of calm and stillness. where I often walks and find inspiration for paintings. This view was from the river bank on an autumnal evening when the sky and the foliage were turning to gold. My paintings are created by applying many layers of paint with a palette knife which give the artwork texture and detail. The painting is signed on the front sold unframed and ready to hang (the sides of the canvas are painted in similar colour) . All of my paintings are carefully wrapped and packed, shipped and tracked within four days of receiving orders.
