This is a large painting 120x60cms on deep edge canvas that would make a real feature in a room. I have wanted to create this work for some time now and finally got the time to do it a beautiful Buddleia, Butterfly Bush with masses of cascading purple blooms attracting the native butterflies. The work was created with heavy bodied acrylic applied with a palette knife, giving the painting texture; the artwork extends around the sides of the canvas. it is signed on the front sold unframed and ready to hang.
