The Cherry Blossom series continues with Blossom Days, a painting that captures the beauty and joy of springtime. The pink flowers glow in the creating a soft contrast with background as petals tumble on the breeze. I used a palette knife to apply thick layers of acrylic paint, creating a rich texture. The painting is signed on the front and ready to hang without a frame. The size is 100 x 50 cms and the edges are painted as well (see the close-up images for details).
